We have taken steps so the exercise software meets HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) requirements. If you need specific documentation for your practice, contact us and we will provide it.

When registering you may be asked for first name, last name, email address, street address, date of birth, and exercises prescribed to you.

We use a secure server. Sensitive/credit information is transmitted via TLS and stored so only authorized professionals with special access can read it. Email of private health information uses encrypted channels. Private financial information is not stored on our servers after a transaction.
