Logging in to your My Rehab Connection Account

To log into your account go to www.MyRehabConnection.com from any web browser and click the ‘login’ link in the upper right corner.

Alternatively you can use the link www.portal.myrehabconnection.com/login to go directly to your login page.

 

 

From here you can login using your email and password, which your should have created after subscribing to My Rehab Connection.

If you were added as a user to an existing subscription you will receive a password via email. If cannot find this information check your junk mail.

If you have forgotten you password you can also do a password reset (see Resetting A Password).
